Please send your order to daraloft@gmail.com. We will send you an order confirmation with payment instruction.
Once payment has been made and verified, your purchase will be sent out within 3 working days.

If yours is a pre-order item, we will send you a note to let you know the estimated date of delivery. Most pre-orders can be fulfilled within 1-2 weeks. Our experience says about 7 working days.

Once we pack and send your package on its way to you, we will drop you a note so that you can watch out for the postman or delivery man!
