Returns and Exchanges

Dara Loft does not accept return of purchase.
We do accept exchange for sizes. Please read below for Terms & Conditions for exchanges.

Terms & Conditions for Exchange
1. If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock, you can have the option to choose another item of equal value.
    If the value is higher than what you have paid, you will have to do the top up. Dara Loft will not offer balance value in refund.
2. Customers to bear the full cost of shipping
3. If self collect ia an available option for your location, there will be no charges for exchanges.
4. Item must be in original, unwashed condition, with tags and packaging intact.
5. Exchanges must be done within 7 days of receipt. All others will not be entertained.
6. We only accept exchange of products for items bought through Dara Loft. For all other purchases made via other locations/websites, please direct your exchange queries to the said retailer(s).
